Families and children

There are plenty of family activities at the Museum of World Culture. The exhibition Together is always open, and almost every Satyrday there is a special activity for children and families, like a workshop, or a theatre. Welcome!

Cloakroom

There are lockable boxes adjacent to the museum entrance where bags and umbrellas can be stored during your visit free of charge. The boxes are locked with a code, no coins needed.

Baby prams/pushchairs and changing rooms

Prams and pushchairs are not allowed at floor 3 and 4 due to security reasons. You can leave your pram/pushchair in the cloakroom underneath the stairs and if you need a lock, you can purchase one at the information desk at the entrance. Baby changing facilities are provided in all the toilets (floor 2 and 3).

Eating at the museum

Tabla Café & Restaurant has the same opening hours as the museum.School children may bring their own packed lunches to the museum. Pre-booked groups will be given priority.
