Experience the calm of yoga under the open sky.
Yoga based on traditional Hatha Yoga – a physical, gentle, and meditative form of yoga. The experience promotes presence, increased awareness, and inner calm. No previous yoga experience is required. Come as you are, wearing comfortable clothing. Yoga mats are available, but you are welcome to bring your own.
In case of rain, the session will be held indoors.
