William Appelquist leads a 40-minute meditation, beginning with guidance on posture, breathing, and other fundamentals. William's meditation practice is rooted in a decade of Zen meditation as well as the Western Christian mystical tradition. His meditations are often inspired by Markings by Dag Hammarskjöld, a collection of short texts that can be used as reflections during meditation.

Afterwards, tea will be served for those who would like to stay and talk.
