Experience the ofrenda

Ofrenda is a Mexican alter that honors the dead.
Every year the mexican association builds a colourful ofrenda, this year it will be something extra. 3000 paper flowers, graves, skeltons and a swarm of paper butterflies helping us find the memories of our dead.

Guided tour: Death at the museum

Join for a short guided tour through the exhibition Existence. You will encounter objects that will tell you about how humans in different times and cultures have related to death and the end of life.

All ages are welcome, but the tour is recommended for teens and adults.
