For the first time in Sweden, Prague-based Syrian-Lebanese duo RUST (رَست) will perform at the Museum of World Culture in Gothenburg.
Drawing inspiration from traditional Arabic music, RUST combines it with original compositions and powerful vocals to create captivating soundscapes in the genre of “Electro-Tarab.”
Their live performances take listeners into a world where tradition meets innovation, and where the beauty of Arabic music merges with the dynamic energy of electronic music.
RUST aims to challenge traditional notions of Arab identity and create a musical expression entirely their own.
